Practice Club path requirements
Immersion Course, Foundation + Immersion + Walking Weekends, 3 months in the Practice Club attending one meeting a week and daily homework.
The invitation comes after you have completed the Immersion Course and three weekends, plus Practice Club and daily homework for three months or more, so you know the content and have practiced the program before you start teaching it. Anyone can start
No prior instructor certification required. The Foundation Weekend is the entry point for both paths. From there, join the Practice Club and train at the club rate by invitation, or pay the fast-track fee and continue immediately. You can make it your focus or integrate it into what you already do: yoga teaching, sports coaching, therapy, or any other field.
Practice first
We focus on practical teaching: how to guide students through the exercise, solve real problems in practice, keep students motivated, and recognize when things are not going as expected. The underlying science is background reading: mechanisms, research, studies, and books, studied at your own pace. Personal training time stays focused on practice.
Certified by teaching, not by finishing a curriculum
Your certificate is issued after you successfully teach your first two students under supervision.
Observe a weekend for free
As part of your instructor training, you attend a weekend event for free as an observation exercise. Watch how sessions are taught, how questions are handled, and how the method is adapted in real time. This is where theory meets practice.
Mentorship support
After certification, you teach with mentorship support alongside you. When you encounter a case you are unsure about, we develop an approach together based on the individual situation. Monthly instructor meetings bring the group together to discuss cases, techniques, and theory. You are not doing this alone.
Teach at all three levels
Instructor training at the Foundation, Immersion, and Summit levels.
